Viking has been tested in university trials to have the highest anthocyanin and proanthocyanin concentrations.  Having a wine berry like flavor this antioxidant powerhouse is wonderful for jams, preserves, wine and baking, juices, and smoothies. A gorgeous bush with pink-tinged white blooms and shiny foliage. Loves full sun but tolerates shade. Cold hardy. Ripens in August-September. Self-pollinating.
